The digital print uses bright and contrasting colours with muted tones to stand out in both urban and natural environments. Embroidery highlighting areas of focus, red as a consistent colour throughout the garment.

The front left panel is either a starting or ending point within the narrative of the garment. Different materials like silk, beads and sequins are used compared to the front right panel where wool and cotton are present. A magnetic brooch rests on the facing, it can be removed and placed on other magnetised parts of the overcoat.

Shades of cream and ‘natural’ whites like egg white are used for the embroidery to contrast the digital white preserved for the encompassing background print. Beads and sequins are arranged to form a half-hearted diamond motif present throughout the garment but embroidered more clearly on this panel.

Embroidery dictates the direction of the garment with some lines emphasising the print and some going against it. Areas left without print are to allow colours from the surrounding print and embroidery to bleed onto the white when under motion blur.
